Excellent illustrations, very colourful and quirky

When I ordered this book I was thinking maybe it will be a few colourful pages and then some text, boy was I wrong,in a good way! This book is a fantastic, vibrant and educational masterpiece. It brings together the diary extracts of aliens and how they see life. My two year old loves the three aliens and even tries to copy their moves. I can't recommend it enough!

Imaginative and interactive!

This whimsical story is adorable and interactive. It teaches children the difference between a good bedtime routine and a bad one and the impact each has on your day. The diary entries and the alien friends, who have a range of special abilities, are creative and fun. This author makes it easy for children to understand their own bedtime routine too. Another bonus is the missions for kids to complete at the end of the book. Well done!

Fun and clever way to get kids excited about bedtime. Click Clack’s adventures are super relatable and the interactive missions are a blast. Your little ones (and you) will love it!

Educational and engaging history book for children
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2023
Another great book from Our Story Media on a historical figure that has been underrepresented in British/Western education. The book is a fantastic introduction to Fatima Al-Fihri for children, combining interesting content (even for an adult!) with a positive message, while being colourful and beautifully illustrated. It also includes a glossary and QR code which links to further online content such as audio recordings of the more challenging pronunciations.

What People Are Saying
“I would recommend this book to all educators and young readers as it calls attention to a lesser-known but incredibly important historical figure and offers great opportunities for readers to interact with her story.”
— Sam Parker, Pine Reads Review Writer
“This book also offers plenty of openings for thoughtful discussions. It goes beyond the surface facts and invites the reader to consider the broader aspects surrounding the time period, life, and situations of the time. These can lead to deeper discussions or even essay ideas.”
— Tonja Drecker, Founder, Bookworm For Kids
“It is galling that so many people who have made incredible contributions go overlooked.”
